With next-day options available and bespoke shipping solutions for extended locations, we make receiving your products as seamless as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Delivery: £11.00 + VAT for telephone and web orders.
- Free Delivery: Orders over £175 + VAT qualify for free delivery (excludes pillows and duvets). For these items, a bespoke shipping quote will be provided based on quantity.
- Surcharges: Additional charges may apply to specific locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Outlying Islands, Jersey, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
Please Note: Shipping prices are not provided automatically at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm shipping details and arrange payment before dispatching.
Delivery Locations
- Mainland UK: We deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland with next-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:30 PM.
- Extended Locations: For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Outlying Islands, Northern Ireland, Europe, or the USA, shipping costs and lead times will be confirmed after your order is placed. You can then decide whether to proceed with your order.
Delivery Times
- Next-Day Courier Delivery: Available Monday to Friday for confirmed payments received by 2:30 PM. Orders made after this time, during weekends, or on public holidays may require additional processing time.
- Heavy Items: Delivered on a specific date arranged by phone.
- Small Items: Sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1–5 days.
